A flash

With my Economics book in hand I was strolling within the compound of my complex. This is something typical of me when the exams are around the corner. After a quick stroll i settled on bench in the garden where usually all the kids play and where I did the same few years back.

It was almost a sense of nostalgia sitting on that bench seeing the toddlers play. It was a 'cut, copy, paste' scene of my childhood life. Swinging on the Jhoola, sliding down the slide, see-sawing, sitting on the monkey box or just running haphazardly, thats all we did when we were young.

Jhaata Paati, Dodge Ball, Lock n Key, Pakda Pakdi and those innumerable self invented games with all the colony friends were some of the best times. How can i forget the evening Kaabadi games. Damn that used to be fun. Fun for all the wrong reasons ;) The other brats would agree to this one.
The friends, the games, the afternoon indoors, the fights, the pranks, the bullying. All remains. Like eternity. Forever.
