There are so many times in a day when you say "How irritating" But whens that? Varied reasons from food to technology to people can disturb your mental balance.
When your internet connection is disrupted without your knowledge or your laptop doesn't start, When your cellphone battery goes dead on a busy day and you don't find a charger. Even if you do, your cell doesn't agree to charge.
With the rains the roads are so jam packed that the traffic can get on your nerves.
When someone wakes you up on a early morning even when you have no class or college.
When the auto rickshaw fellow charges a whooping sum instead of the normal fare.
When some friend constantly keeps bugging you.
When you are searching for something franticly and you don't find it till the end.
And of course when you are terribly terribly hungry ;)
Many more such simple n stupid reasons which irritate us. Let me know the instances when you say "Grrrr...Its irritating"
Unedited scribblings from the journals of mysterious me. Keep reading but dont forget to keep listening to your inside!

Memory Line..
Just the other day i checked my blog archive. The date stamp made me realise that its almost two years that i have been blogging. It had totally slipped off my mind as to when had i first started blogging.
Most of the time you remember the event vividly but more often than not you forget when it actually happened. The previous blog posts, SMSes, online chat history, take you into the past and since they are dated they prove to be of great help. 10 years down the line when i archive my blog posts yet again i will exactly know when n where things had happened.
Even those birthday greeting you receive from your loved ones bear your birth date with year on it. So when on your 40th birthday you sit and open your greeting card folder and take a ride in your past you'll know how good friends you were with such n such a person n on a bitter fact u will realise that u have lost touch with him/her now.
The imprints of the lovely family outings and adventure trips with friends won't let you forget which summer was it when you were out in the hills or woods or the lakes.
And what about the first day in college, the graduation day, your first day at work, your first coffee date, the day when he proposed you, and so many more such days to come which will be inscribed in some place or the other. (most of the time the blog or ur diary)
With the fast track life that we live jotting down memories and revisiting them is the best way to relive our past. And they always bring a smile on your face. Always.

Rains in the Trains
Monsoons have arrived and this is just the beginning. For the daily commuters like me here are some helpful observations that i made while travelling in trains specially during the rains.
- Try to catch the middle most seat in the compartment. In that way you are saved of the water that seeps in through the windows and doors.
- In case you are standing, stand in the opposite direction or else be rest assured that your cloths are going to get wet cos of the gushing water that enters through the open doors.
- Don't forget to carry a plastic cover handy to fit your umbrella in it as soon as you get into the train. You don't want the co passengers giving you dirty stares cos your wet umbrella is dripping water on them.
- Carry some old newspaper to wipe the wet seats so that you don't have to travel standing even when there is ample space to sit in the train just because the seats are wet.
- Carry a hand towel or tissues as well.
- Switch on to your pair of Lenses and avoid using specs this season. If you really want to enjoy the rains you better enjoy them clean and clear.
- Avoid wearing white bottoms. Of course only if you don't mind displaying stripling art on it.
- Fold your jeans knee high atleast when you are travelling. Don't think about fashion at such times.
- Wear your watching on that hand by which you are holding your umbrella. If you wear it on the other its bound to get wet unless it's water proof of course.
In case you have any handy suggestions for this season do drop in your comment.

Gifts
Never say no to gifts. Always receive them with open arms! Doesn't matter how big or small they are, gifts are gifts. Small little gifts are always lovely. This was way back in school when MT had gifted me a small tiny pocket book full of birthday wishes. To add a personal touch to it, she had even stuck a thumb size picture of mine and hers in it. Gifts which are handmade show that you have actually put in some thought and efforts in making it. Its appreciable.
Small is beautiful. I was in love with a tiny gift which was in the shape of a bottle. It had a paper roll in it. That was a paper in which one had to write a message for the other. It looked simple yet beautiful. I had just read the book 'The Message in the bottle' and i loved the concept of the gift. SM was lucky enough to get that as a farewell gift from me when she was heading back to Coimbatore this summer.
Abha's Bdays have always been fun. Last bday i had given her a handmade scrapbook which had messages from all her close friends along with their pictures pasted on it. This year she received a big huge bundle of 20 balloons for her 20th bday along with a home baked cake, and a kurti perfectly wrapped in the 'pink' paper.
Even i received a wonderful fishpond from Abha n Swati this bday which had every ones bday wishes in it. And how can i forget that cakes n flowers are welcoming gifts all the time. A bunch of white roses. wow! And then there always is a bars of chocolate, a thing for every occasion.
AB gave us a late gift but something that was different n special we hadn't received for a long time. A simple card with good long self written messages in it. It felt so wonderful to get a card from someone after ages.
A personal touch can create wonders to the person whom you are gifting it.

Time Please!
I was totally out of my mind the other night. It was way past mid night and i was chatting away with quite a few friends online. To my surprise there were many people online that night. While chatting with AB god knows what suddenly occurred to me i asked him
" What time of the day were you born?"
AB: most probably at 10.30 am.
Me: ok
AB: Why did u ask?
Me: Simply
AB: Why on earth would you ask my birth time unless you are mad?
Me: Guess what now i am asking all my online friends this question!
AB: Christ Sake!
Me: Listen na, AI reacted, "Kundali mila rahi hai kya?"
AB: What else can somebody ask?
Me: and SM says, "Are you goona make predictions?
AB: Are you?
Me: No yaar. Just trying to make a few observations based on it.
AB: Hmmm..is that so...
Me: DD says, " You are jobless."
AB: True ain't it?
Me: and now DD herself is asking the friends on her list the same question.
AB: wow!!
Me: See its contagious.
AB: You bet. Only you are capable of doing such idiotic things...
Me: Yes of course i know that :D
